Jack Phoenix	ffdd42f217	committing my work on RSS extension. Now this extension should be totally self-contained. RSSCache.php, RSSFetch.php and RSSParse.php are MagpieRSS extension files by Kellan Elliott-McCrea, with some MediaWikification by me.
