Ammar Abdulhamid 5e405eb2f2 Popups: Rename new config variable ... In this patch we introduce a new config variable and update its default to be the same as the production value of $wgPopupsPageBlacklist. When this code is deployed everywhere, we will remove wgPopupsPageBlacklist from mediawiki config and defer to the Popups extension as the source of truth from now on.
