After the preview fade out animation has completed, then the preview element should be removed from the DOM as it'll never be used again. Supporting changes: * Add the preview element to the DOM in ext.popups.Preview#show so that it mirrors removing it from the DOM in #hide. Change-Id: I6b3adc962aa13fbd46dce5f4c4f741299e43c6d9
