Thiemo Kreuz	76e02fae98	Remove obsolete mediaWiki and jQuery aliases ... Notice how this actually reduces the size of the final, compiled index.js. It's not much, but still. WMDE-Fisch	31ee16938c	Rename page gateway file ... This is as preparation to introduce a gateway switch that decides if the page or reference gatway should be selected.
