Volker E	0282b9648f	Hovercards: Improve layout of settings dialog to design spec ... Improving Hovercards' settings dialog to fulfill design specification. Also fixing HTML structure by removing invalid `radiogroup` element and adding missing `</div>` element, fixing related QUnit test.
