thiemowmde 928a21605a Remove dead code from #titleparts implementation 
It's impossible that explode() returns an empty array. This is dead
code.

Also add tests for the previously untested #titleparts function to
make sure this patch doesn't change any behavior. Including weird
usages with negative numbers.

ParserFunctions v1.4.0

1. Licensing
Licensed under GNU GPL 2.0 or any later version. See COPYING for more license information.

2. How to install
   a. Download this tarbell and extract the contents to $IP/extensions/ParserFunctions/
      where $IP is your root wiki install
   b. Add "wfLoadExtension( 'ParserFunctions' );" to the end of your LocalSettings
      (without the double quotes)
   c. Enjoy

3. Tests
ParserFunctions ships with two tests
- Parser tests. These get added to the main parser tests, see there for docs
- Expression tests. These are designed to test the math-related functions
