vladshapik bae40b8b5e Replace uses of the deprecated setters of AbstractAuthenticationProvider 
Since AbstractAuthenticationProvider ::setLogger, ::setManager,
::setConfig methods had been soft deprecated,
so its uses were removed.
* Also bump required MW version to 1.37.0
