Siebrand Mazeland afb4e332a9 Add tests 
* Fix all issues so tests pass.
* Rework deprecated functions. Compatibility is now with
  MediaWiki 1.23 or later.

grunny f83cade885 Make Nuke pass jshint 
Adds a basic .jshintrc based on the common settings from the coding
conventions page and removes unused variable mw.
