Bring SVGO optimization to build step
Enabling SVGO automation with conservative plugin set, among those:
- disable cleanupIDs, removeDesc, removeTitle, removeViewBox &
removeXMLProcInst and
- don't use multipass,
- enable removeRasterImages and sortAttrs
