Repo was only used in two locations:
1. StripeButtons.set for `isCommons` - can be replaced by `descriptionUrl.includes('//commons.wikimedia.org/')`
2. EmbedFileFormatter.getSiteLink (unused)
Furthermore:
- Simplify StripeButtons (we only have one button)
- Unwrap info objects consisting of `ImageModel` and `Repo`
- Remove unused EmbedFileFormatter.getSiteLink
- Inline EmbedFileFormatter.getCaption and EmbedFileFormatter.getLinkUrl
- Fix JSDoc type `ImageModel`
Reduces mmv bundle size from 28012 to 27246.

The MediaViewer and MultimediaViewer* instruments were disabled circa
October 2021 in Ie7dd8739efc.
This patch removes those instruments and any supporting code and data.
Notably, this patch does not remove the mw.mmv.logging.ViewLogger
instrument, which is responsible for logging image views.

Currently for files from foreign repositories, the "More details"
button always points to the foreign description page, regardless of
whether a local description page exists. That is a bit unintuitive,
as the local description page often contains additional info (like
categories) that may be useful for the user.
This patch changes the behavior of the button to link to a local
description page if available.

Convert button-like interface elements in MMV from <a> and <div>
elements to <button> elements. Also add tabindex attribute in one

Reveal the full title + author + source when the user clicks one
of these, and make some related changes:
* expand the above-the-fold part of the metadata panel so they fit
* make the stripe buttons smaller and hide their text
* scroll the panel up if necessary
* modify tooltip texts when there is more text to show

Check for tipsy-ness, and for the existence of the opt out button. The
latter doesn't affect prod, but the former might.

Rearrange the above-the-fold part of the metadata panel so that
the link to the file descriprion page and the button for the
download/share/embed widgets are easier to find.
One gotcha is that favicons are blown up to 32x32px (a small icon
in the middle of a big empty space would really look ridiculous)
so if a site uses 16x16px favicons it will look pixelated.
None of the WMF sites do that though, and if anyone else does, they
should just fix it, 16px favicons suck anyway (e.g. not retina friendly).

This uses best-effort logging (like most other links do), not the
blocking call that's used by the other file page link, since
analytics folks had severe misgivings about that.

maybeDisplayThumbnail is invoked even when the survey is disabled,
which results in calling functions of a null object.
