Fix bigcap and bigcup scripts not placed correctly

Browse source 
* All recognized macros are in category nullary macros, so this adds a
  rule
* In test "\bigcap_{i=_1}^n E_i"
* In test "\bigcup_{i=_1}^n E_i"
