Database::updateStats moved to Database from RecordLintJob in
I2610b9b16d4032b0e18b3537cc9ed51bfdaff299 for reuse in Hooks but seems
better placed on TotalsLookup.

In practice this isn't a breaking change as no-one has any params to
re-name in callers.

This module just exposes the number of lint errors in each category for
tools that want to collect statistics and stuff. It's currently under a
'totals' key to give us more flexibility if we want to add other
information in the future.
