Sam Smith f4765cdd25 Decommission Echo* instruments ... Completely remove the EchoMail and EchoInteraction instruments, supporting code, and config variables. Note well that the EchoEventLoggingSchemas config included an entry for the already-decommissioned Echo instrument so remove that too.
