Stephane Bisson f5f59a503b Use wikiId both server and client side
When creating the various notification sources,
the server was indexing them with wfWikiID() but
the client was using wgDBname to find which one
is local and which are remote. On some wikis,
like TWN, wfWikiID() includes a db suffix so
the JS app on Special:Notifications is failing to
find the local source and errors.

Kunal Mehta b574e252f8 Clean up EventLogging integration
* Move revision ids out of configuration and into MWEchoEventLogging
class. Because the EchoInteraction schema is used both server and
client, we have to duplicate the revision id.
* Use EventLoggingSchemas attribute to register client-side schema in
extension.json instead of a hook.
* Check if EventLogging is enabled in MWEchoEventLogging instead of
$wgExtensionFunctions.
* Pass only whether the EchoInteraction schema is enabled to the
client-side instead of all of $wgEchoEventLoggingSchemas.

Kunal Mehta 832d9d4d16 Remove $wgEchoEventLoggingSchemas qunit hack
The only place that reads the config variable is in ext.echo.logger,
which uses OO.getProp() to do so. If that property doesn't exist,
`undefined` will be returned, which we can force to boolean false.

Kunal Mehta 9a828c7b56 Use mw.track() to submit EventLogging data client-side
This avoids needing any dependencies on EventLogging in the module
definition, as well as allowing the extra dependencies to be lazy-loaded
as necessary.

Roan Kattouw 49974544ba Split up $wgEchoConfig
$wgEchoConfig is a deeply nested structure that ExtensionRegistry can't handle well.
It also combined different things, and the version number was used for two
separate purposes.

Split this out into $wgEchoCacheVersion, $wgEchoEventLoggingVersion
and $wgEchoEventLoggingSchemas.

Roan Kattouw 7f079b7d4f Fix duplicate impression logging
We have a wrapper around logInteraction() called logNotificationImpressions()
that logs impressions uniquely (i.e. logs each notification impression only once),
but in addition to calling that (from NotificationsWidget), we were also manually
calling logInteraction() to log impressions from NotificationBadgeWidget
and NotificationGroupItemWidget. This resulted in two impression events
for every notification, each with different data, one of which is logged
only once and one of which can be logged multiple times.

Remove the manual logImpression() calls and route everything through
logNotificationImpressions(), which is called from only one place:
NotificationsWidget. Add support for logging foreign wikis to
logNotificationImpressions(), as it was previously missing.

This causes us to lose the notification type information in these
events, but that can also be derived after the fact by looking
up the event_id in the echo_event table.

Whether impression logging is even useful is another question,
but it certainly isn't useful if we log duplicate impression
events with different data.

Kunal Mehta 31c770741a Don't depend upon ext.echo.logger in ext.echo.init
The logger code for clicktracking is only needed after something has
been clicked, so we don't need it in init.

* Move EventLogging initialization into Logger.js
* Add ext.eventLogging dependency server-side if needed

Moriel Schottlender 1ac72cc01a Split alerts and messages in Echo
Split the notifications into 'alert' and 'message' badget with two
different flyouts. Also clean up styling and module behavior.

** Depends on ooui change Id4bbe14ba0bf6c for footers in popups.
** Depends on ooui change Ie93e4d6ed5637c for fixing a bug in
   inverted icons.

** MobileFrontend must also be updated to support the new modules
   in this patch I168f485d6e54cb4067

In this change:
* Split notifcations into alert and messages and display those in
  two different badges.
* Create two separate flyout/popups for each category with their
  notifications.
* Create a view-model to control notification state and emit events
for both the popup and the badge to intercept and react to.
* Clean up module load and distribution:
  * Create an ext.echo.ui module for javascript-ui support and ooui
    widgets.
  * Create an ext.echo.nojs module that unifies all base classes that
are needed for both nojs and js support, that the js version
    builds upon.
  * Create a separate ext.echo.logger module as a singleton that can
be called to perform all logging.
* Clean up style uses
  * Move the special page LESS file into nojs module so all styles
load properly even in nojs mode.
  * Transfer some of the styling from JS to LESS for consistency.
  * Make the 'read more' button load already with the styles it
needs to look like a button, since its behavior is similar in
nojs and js vesions, but before its classes were applied only
by the js, making it inconsistent and also making its appearance
'jump' from a link to a button.
* Delete and clean up all old and unused files.
* Moved 'Help.png' icon from modules/overlay to modules/icons for
  later use.
