Paladox 374aeb5fa9 Increase "euw_wiki" VARCHAR length from 30 to 64 
This is the same fix that has been done to Flow.

Database names are limited to 63 per [1], so by upping the limit
we allow longer db names (e.g db names longer than 30 characters).
