Bartosz Dziewoński	4b7ba72c83	LedeSectionDialog: Fix double scrollbars in some cases ... There's no need for this PanelLayout to be scrollable, as the dialog body itself is scrollable, and this is causing an unnecessary horizontal scrollbar to appear on some pages (for example https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_Diskussion:Hauptseite).
