tests: Fix content data for "hu" language code

After I6d82a827e20d18ff4d78d7351aa9e9c08129e400 landed, it caused
DiscussionTools to break in CI, this patch fixes it to use the correct
language code per the patch above.

If this patch passes CI, then the issue is resolved potentially.
