Fomafix 5af96e1d18 Add missing dependencies on modules ... * Module 'ext.CookieWarning' depends on module 'mediawiki.user' because ext.CookieWarning.js uses mw.user.isAnon. * Module 'ext.CookieWarning.geolocation' depends on module 'jquery.cookie' because cookiePolicy.js uses $.cookie.
