Simple change to one method, QuestyCaptcha::getCaptcha, that allows to
set questions and answers like so:
$wgCaptchaQuestions = array(
'The capital of England?' => 'London',
'The capital of France?' => 'Paris',
'The capital of Spain?' => 'Madrid',
);
Backwards compatibility with the previous syntax has been preserved.
