WMDE-Fisch 4bb409887d selenium: run tests concurrently 
Includes a bit untangling of the setup. Concurrent tests should not
overwrite each others user settings so one of the tests gets it's
own user.

Run all specs

npm run selenium-test

Run specific tests

Filter by file name:

npm run selenium-test -- --spec tests/selenium/specs/[FILE-NAME]

Filter by file name and test name:

npm run selenium-test -- --spec tests/selenium/specs/[FILE-NAME] --mochaOpts.grep [TEST-NAME]
