Bartosz Dziewoński adc64b3002 ve.ui.MWCitationDialog: Unbreak the logic to enable/disable actions 
This code was written in 2014 and it seems that some change to
ve.ui.MWTemplateDialog since then made it not work. No idea why or
when it broke. But we can implement the functionality much more easily
now by overriding #setApplicableStatus, which works correctly.

Cite

The Cite extension provides a way for users to create references as footnotes to articles.

Configuration

  • $wgCiteStoreReferencesData: If set to true, references are saved in the database so that other extensions can retrieve them independently of the main article content.
  • $wgCiteCacheReferencesDataOnParse: ($wgCiteStoreReferencesData required) By default, references are cached only on database access. If set to true, references are also cached whenever pages are parsed.
