Arlo Breault 8958246add Fix multiple ref nestings from the tag parser function The algorithm in the grammar is fixed up and the restriction to one level of nesting is lifted. It was overlooked that parser functions can be nested. Some of the history of ref-in-ref can be found in `03bf14b0` and d634925.
