Subramanya Sastry	a5b8640928	Rename ext.cite.style.css to ext.cite.parsoid.styles.css ext.cite.style.css is very close to ext.cite.styles.css and is often confusing. In about 3 weeks (the current PC expiry time), we should be able to get rid of the ext.cite.style module from extension.json after removing all references to it from other repos and caches. I don't see a reason to rename all the other language specific CSS files since there is no room for being confused there.
