Ed Sanders 625047f513 Define default icons for core citation types 
Duplicating these icon names across every wiki
makes it harder to change the icons when changes
are made to the OOUI icon set.

WMDE-Fisch 7e8cf11648 Increase stability of backlink browser tests 
Adding a step to wait for loaded modules. This was manily taken from
the Popups-extension browser test, but with a fixed chain for the
results.

Let's hope we do not need to pause with this.

C. Scott Ananian eb70a83eb0 Audit uses of Node#getAttribute() + add missing file to PHP codebase 
In PHP, DOMNode#getAttribute() return '' if the attribute is not present,
not null.  Audit our uses and try to either explicitly use `|| ''` (which
will ensure that PHP behaves the same was as JS) or use `hasAttribute`
to explicitly test for the presence of the attribute.

Changes have also been ported to PHP from JS.
Also added src/Wt2Html/PP/Processors/AddMediaInfo.php which was missing.
