Altered renderNodeInfo() to use LinkRenderer.php.

Browse source 
Using LinkRenderer.php instead of compiling links manually gives the
HtmlPageLinkRendererBegin hook a chance to be called. This enables
compatibility with the DisplayTitle extension.
