Daimona Eaytoy e7cd4b2a98 Rewrite AbuseFilter::decodeGlobalName ... Now it returns an array with a bit more info, and has a different name to reflect the fact that its input is now split in two parts. Plus, make it throw whenever it gets an unexpected input, and add a bunch of test cases for it.
