C. Scott Ananian b73786df5c Replace deprecated OutputPage::parse/parseInline() ... The OutputPage::parse/parseInline() methods emit untidy output and are often used with the wrong user interface/content language selection. Replace with new methods added in 1.33 which are tidy and consistent.
