Daimona Eaytoy	725ec052ed	Add a FilterLookup service Some pieces of code were updated to use Filter objects, while other places are still to be updated. And then use these value objects whenever applicable. Note: the actions-related code is still not fully implemented. This is going to happen as part of the FilterLookup.
