feat(core): ✨ convert some CSS variables into Codex equivalent 
This is an on-going work to adapt Codex into Citizen.
Some of the CSS variables are soft depreciated, see tokens.less for updated info.

feat(VisualEditor): ✨ update VisualEditor styles 
Redo VE styles for 1.39 properly by going through the source code.
Since VE is massive and complex, this might not cover all the use cases but
it should be better than the implementation before.
